Service Description

Never drop the ball or miss a critical planning detail. Our Redtail workflows help you get from A to Z as efficiently as possible. They also provide insight and reminders on prospecting opportunities and the essentials of trust-funding. After purchasing the workflows you will need to be approved as a member. DO NOT BOOK your appointment for implementation until you are prompted to or are notified that Redtail has added the workflows to your account. Your account information will need to be reviewed and approved by AEP to provide the best experience possible. Next, if you are not the dashboard owner, they will be contacted by Redtail for permission to add the workflows to their account. Once your AEP account is active and the owner's permission has been verified, the workflows will be available within several business days. After the workflows have been added to your account you will need to assign the correct user/team to each task. PLEASE NOTE: assigning tasks to the workflow template area under account management will help avoid assigning the same task repeatedly. You will notice new appointment types have been added to your scheduling options. The new appointment types within your account trigger automations after selecting a specific appointment type. i.e. Schedule an appointment and select EP Intro - New TBEB for the category. The New Trust-Based Estate Plan workflow will auto-populate for that specific client. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via your member area will be processed without a penalty. We cannot guarantee that emailed cancellation requests will be processed within the 24-hour window. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before a fee-based appointment or remote meeting associated with a paid-for service or package will be subject to a charge of $40. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to contact the client/member/firm due to inaccurate contact information submitted and the client/member/firm no-showing. If Advisors EP cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client/member/firm, subject to availability. COMPANY shall have the right to withdraw from any SERVICE if FIRM or CLIENT does not pay fees, costs, expenses, or any other fees required by the agreement or otherwise abide by reasonable requests such as requesting information and documentation when necessary. -- Refund Policy If the FIRM or CLIENT fails to communicate within a reasonable time, provide required requested information, documentation or complete the duties necessary to complete the service they have paid for COMPANY, its employees, third-party professional legal, financial, and technical advisors (and COMPANY corporate affiliates) may: (i) after 365 days, indefinitely cease to provide services without REFUND, Or (ii) at the previously agreed upon rate, and FIRM or CLIENT may be subject to additional fees for services. FIRM or CLIENT may opt out of services, and a REFUND will be issued after deducting any fees or expenses incurred or accumulated by COMPANY and its aforementioned affiliated parties for SERVICES provided. REFUND will not exceed $1500 per Trust-Based Estate Plan, $800 per Will-Based Estate Plan, $300 per Powers Package, or $210 per Coaching Call Package after FIRM or CLIENT have begun SERVICES.
